Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully before using the platform. Using the platform constitutes your full acceptance of these terms. 1. About the Platform PiLagi is a digital platform that facilitates the coordination of ride-sharing and cargo transportation between private individuals across Georgia. PiLagi currently operates in beta mode and does not engage in commercial activities. PiLagi is not a transportation company. We provide a platform where users coordinate rides — the execution of the trip, vehicle condition, safety, and payment are handled directly between the parties. PiLagi shall not be held liable for trips or baggage transportation carried out between users. 2. Registration and Account Registration is required to use the platform. By registering, you confirm that: You are over 18 years of age You have provided accurate and complete information The account is personal — transfer or sharing is prohibited Password confidentiality is your sole responsibility You may terminate your account at any time through the settings or by contacting the support team. 3. Driver Obligations By offering a ride on the platform, the driver confirms that they: Hold a valid driver's license and vehicle registration certificate The vehicle is in good technical condition and properly insured The information specified in the listings (route, seats, price) is accurate Will promptly notify passengers of any changes Are responsible for the safe execution of the trip 4. Passenger Obligations By booking a ride, the passenger confirms that they: Provided accurate contact information Will arrive at the departure point on time Will appear at the agreed location or notify in advance Respect the driver, other passengers, and the vehicle Will carry only legal cargo within the agreed baggage allowance 5. Booking and Cancellation A booking becomes valid after confirmation by both parties (driver + passenger) Cancellations can be made through the platform PiLagi is not responsible for financial settlements between the parties — this is settled directly between the parties 6. Reviews After the trip, both parties can review each other Reviews must be honest and fact-based False, offensive, or hateful reviews will be deleted and may lead to account suspension 7. Prohibited Activities The following activities are strictly prohibited on the platform: Creating or using an account on behalf of another person Providing false or misleading information Using the platform for commercial or advertising purposes without PiLagi's consent Offensive, degrading, or discriminatory treatment Transporting illegal cargo or coordinating unlawful actions Probing, hacking, or abusing the platform's technical systems Disseminating personal information of other users 8. Content and Communication Information published on the platform (listings, reviews, messages) is your responsibility. PiLagi reserves the right to remove any content that violates these terms or applicable legislation. 9. Limitation of Liability PiLagi shall not be held liable for: Financial, physical, or property disputes arising between users Missed trips, delays, or cancellations Temporary unavailability of the service due to technical glitches Actions or omissions of third parties PiLagi is solely an intermediary platform. Direct obligations regarding the trip rest exclusively with the parties — the driver and the passenger. 10. Account Suspension or Termination PiLagi reserves the right to suspend or terminate an account without prior notice if the user: Violates these terms Engages in fraudulent activities Poses a threat to other users Systematically receives low ratings 11. Privacy The processing of your personal data is carried out in accordance with the Privacy Policy, available at: pilagi.com/privacy 12. Amendments PiLagi reserves the right to update these terms. In the event of significant changes, users will be notified in advance via platform notifications. Continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. 13.
